NOTE we continue to experience delays in sourcing materials and tradespeople are exceptionally busy so we are prioritising emergency works and repairs required to prevent further damage, such as leaks. All other works will be recorded and actioned according to level of urgency, cosmetic works are lower priority.

To help us identify the priority of the repair please provide as much detail as possible, and send photographs
eg: the front of the boiler if an error code is being displayed, or the location of a leak
-these will often speed up the process of repair including identifying required parts.
NOTE office and tradespersons standard working hours are 08:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday, while we will do our best to plan around your work commitments we cannot guarantee specific days/ times, generally am or pm slots on a specific day will be agreed. Out of hours appointments are not possible unless the issue is an emergency.
